I4malaysia's Six Data Protection Principles

We don't just comply with the law — we go further to ensure every piece of information you entrust to us is handled with full responsibility.

High-Level Encryption

All your personal data is encrypted using AES-256 technology — the same encryption standard used by financial institutions and government agencies. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 protocol.

Malaysia PDPA Compliance

I4malaysia fully complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. We undergo annual compliance audits by independent parties to ensure our data protection standards remain current.

Full Control in Your Hands

You have full control over your data. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the account panel or by contacting our support team.

No Sale of Data to Third Parties

I4malaysia does not sell, rent, or commercialize your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Your data belongs to you alone — not a business asset of ours.

Timed Data Retention

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, or as required by applicable law. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted in accordance with established procedures.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of any security incident involving your data, i4malaysia will notify you within 72 hours. We will not conceal such incidents and will take immediate remedial action.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

I4malaysia does not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. However, in the course of operating the platform, we share necessary data with a limited number of third-party categories as follows:
